Question 1

What is Sendweft?

Accepted Answer

Sendweft is an AI-operated email production service in development. The known offer is to turn a supplied campaign brief and draft HTML into a checked, send-ready responsive email.

Question 2

What do I supply to Sendweft?

Accepted Answer

You supply the campaign brief and draft HTML for the email. Those materials are the inputs for production; the known offer does not require access to your customer data or connected customer systems.

Question 3

How is the campaign brief used?

Accepted Answer

The brief guides production by providing the campaign context, including the intended message, audience, offer, and next step. It helps Sendweft shape the email around the campaign you are trying to send.

Question 4

How is the draft HTML used?

Accepted Answer

The draft HTML is used as the starting material and reference for production. The original draft remains available for comparison or handoff when applicable; Sendweft does not replace the source you supplied with an invented record.

Question 5

What does Sendweft produce?

Accepted Answer

The known service produces responsive email from the supplied campaign materials, with checks intended to make the result send-ready. Sendweft is still in development, so this description does not promise a broader system integration or a particular delivery workflow.

Question 6

Do you need access to our customer data or systems?

Accepted Answer

No. Customers provide the campaign brief and draft HTML. The known Sendweft offer does not require access to customer data, an email platform, or other connected customer systems.

Question 7

Is Sendweft available now?

Accepted Answer

Sendweft is in development. This FAQ describes the service being built and does not publish pricing, turnaround times, testimonials, or capabilities beyond the supplied materials and the checked, send-ready email described above.
